OMG!!!

Josh can home today and showed me his shoes that we got for his birthday(January). So I called Sketchers and they were no help at all they told me to bring them back to the store and hope that they take them back. So off to Kohl's we go. And to make a long story short, they did not have the same kind shoes, so we had to get a new pair, Josh hates them. So we told him, if he wanted different shoes he needed to learn to tie them.

And then there is Megan!!

And what do you think about Megan's $7.50 Nike from JcPennys? They are big but they will fit her in a few years.

I had to bring back library books today and Megan decided to stay home and be a daddies girl. And when I got home I found this!!

Spring Sing????

I am having a very hard time uploading the video from Megan's Spring Sing Concert. It is only 11 Min's long, I have cut it into 2 videos and I still could not get it uploaded. I will try again Thursday night, so please stay tuned

We got to the Welcome Home Ceremony for the Crew of STS-131, They landed yesterday in Florida and had their welcome home today here in Houston.

Reading

If you would have told me a year ago Josh would be reading more then "See spot run" I would have told you, you are crazy.
Here is a video of Josh reading one of the story books that his teacher has given him to read at home. Well this is the 3rd time he has read it to us, so I think he has it memorized.

Fancy Megan

Megan came down stairs all dressed this morning and and with a headband in her hair. All I needed to do is run a brush in her hair.

Megan's' New Favorite Books!

A few weeks ago Megan and I went to the Library and we discovered a new book!! "Fancy Nancy"

Nancys favorite color is fuchsia. That's a fancy way of saying purple. Nancy also likes to write her name with a pen that has a plume. That's a fancy way of saying feather. And nobody in her family is fancy at all. They never order sprinkles. And A princess is suppose to keep her tiara on.







So the next time you are at Walmart or Target, take a look at any of the Fancy Nancy books. You will love them!!!

End of The 3rd Quarter!

Josh got his report card and had his "Nine Week Awards" on Friday. His report card was not as good as the last few quarters, but we are still very happy with it. He did receive that "Principals Award" for Exemplary Citizenship and "Perfect Attendance" for the 3rd Quarter .

Blue Bonnets 2010!!

It is that time of year again. However with Josh in school and me working weekends we had to find some Blue Bonnets that where closer to us. When I told Josh we were going to take Blue Bonnet photos. He want to know if we could bring a movie and some snacks! He was very shocked when we were in the car for 5 mins!!

A New Family Member

Tell me what the Easter Bunny was thinking!! The Easter bunny brought Josh a very cool "habitat". Then off to the pet store to find something to live in it. Well I was thinking a snail or tadpole, but Josh had other ideas, And $20.00 later we were bring home a Hermit Crab named "Strips". Just what I need another thing to take care of.

I will try to get a better photo of him. And he is very entertaining. The guy at the pet store said they were not very smart. We will see just how easy they are to take care of!!
