Dress-up is a big thing at our house. Megan lives in her pretty dresses and policeman is always around.

Mommy Mommy Mommy Mommy!!!

About 4 or 5 months ago, I was sitting on the couch on the computer and Megan came up next to me and started saying "Mommy Mommy Mommy" and this went on for a few minutes. I really wanted to see how long she would keep saying it.( I know I should not have done that!!) And when I said "Yes Megan", said "Love you too Mommy!" And then I saw this a few weeks ago......



The kids think this is so funny! Their favorite part is when Stewie says "HI" and runs away!

You want to make what!!!

I was at work Friday night and when I called home, Josh had his cookbook out and told me he wanted to make some cookies that were in it. I told him to leave it on the table and I would look at it when I got home. Well, the video speaks for its self!


And they were bouncing off the walls!

Bows, Bows and More Bows

Megan goes to school with a little girl who always has a bow in her hair. Megan told me last week that she likes her little barrettes, but she would really like some "Flatt" bows. I was planning to make some for a new summer dress that she got. So we made some bows!


The "Flatt Bows" are the layered ones.

It has been a quite month here at The Alley House. We have been working on a lot of homework for Josh. No time for fun! But did you know a year ago Megan gave me a remote control car that had hair tangled up in it. When I took a closer look at it I realized that it was Megan hair stuck in the car. Yes she had pulled it out! She did not cry until she saw the look on my face!


As you can see, her hair has grown back nicely and there are just a few small pieces that don't reach all the way back to her pigtails.

Big News at The Alleys!

Today was the big day!! We got Megans big girl bed. And it is BIG! I think you can fit 8 Megans in the bed. She loves it, we even had our nightly story in Megans room.

100th Day of School!

Well we have started our 3rd quarter of school off a little rocky! Josh has had a few test that well, let just say we may not be getting so many E's this quarter! But on the plus side Thursday February 4th Josh will be celebrating the 100th day of school. We had to do a project that had 100 of anything in or on it. And Josh being a Lego fan, pick well Legos! So this past weekend Don and Josh went through the Legos and this is what they came up with!
