Happy Birthday!

After seeing Megans face when she got to meet Rapunzal in Disney World, I new I had to make her a Rapunzal cake.  She did not want to eat it, and I thought she was going to have a heart attack when I pulled the doll out of the cake!

Megan has wanted to go to The American Girl store for about a year now. She even saved her money all year so she could go. 

We took our newest doll Felicity (she was given to Megan from our friend Layla from TX)

 

Yes that is 2 bags on her arm!

Here is what she got! The red holiday dress is on Felicity, Kit got her new dress, the box scooter and her dog Grace.  Rebecca is wearing a new winter coat and hat, Kanani is riding a scooter that I found at my favorite kids store.  Thanks Nana and Granny for helping out with our trip to the store!

A Disney Wedding!

Yes we got to go to Disney World, but the reason we went down was for my sister Danica's wedding.  She got married at the Disney Boardwalk Hotel. The Boardwalk has a gazebo called Sea Breeze Point. It was a beautiful day for a wedding!

Danica had a violinist play at the wedding.  If you ask Josh what he remembers about the day, it would be the violinist playing the Star Wars Theme and the apple cider out of champagne glasses!

Disney 2012!

Here are some of the 300 plus photos I took while we were at Disney World!  We had so much fun, from Star Wars to Princesses! Here is the link to more photos! Disney 2012
We went to Disney World for my sister Danica's wedding.  She got married at Disney on the Disney Boardwalk! So went down a few days early to go to Disney Studios and The Magic Kingdom!
When I made the reservation I told them that it we were celebrating Megan's birthday! Her birthday is November 2nd, just a little early!  Josh wanted to go on the Star Wars ride and Megan wanted to meet Rapunzel! She loves Rapunzel, but at lunch at the Castle she told Princess Jasmines that she was so pretty!
We also rode the Tower of Terror,after the ride Josh said he will never ride it again! Megan, well she did not scream, she just looked up at me and started to cry! But the next day we rode Splash Mountain and Thunder Mountain, and after them, she said "That's it!"

We "GOT" A HIT!

We have been playing baseball for about a month now.  I think Josh is enjoying it for the most part.  He still tells me that his knees shake when he is up to bat.  He was just starting to relax in the batters box. 
Then this happens!

It was funny after he was OK, he wanted to continue his at bat! He looked at me as he was running by and said he want to hit the ball!

We have a HIT!

 

 

 

 

Stone Mountain

We took our 1st hike with our new Cub Scout pack to the top of Stone Mountain.  Let me tell you, that rock kicked my butt! After our hike we had dinner and watched the fireworks and the light show! It was great!
